Survey closes, Kindle winner announced
Congratulations to Martha Robie, who won the Kindle for completing the library survey. In total, 98 of 1989 household completed the survey, a return rate of 5%. While there is a range, many sources consider a mail survey response rate of over 10% good. Be on the lookout for survey results.
